MegaCon Tickets/Packages
We are no longer accepting advance ticket orders. Tickets will be available on show site all three days of the show. Phone orders are not being accepted, so please do not contact the office, as NO EXCEPTIONS, will be made.
January 13, 2012:
We realize that there is no option to add childrens wristbands when ordering advance tickets online. Childrens wristbands will be available at the Advance Ticket Booth when you pick your orders up. Children must be present to obtain wristbands.
We are excited to announce that we have switched to a bar code system for our advance ticket purchases.
Please note the following:
- You will receive a scanned bar code ticket for each ticket ordered. For Example: If you order three tickets your printer will automatically print off three bar coded tickets. Please bring all of these with you to the show with a picture ID
- You can either print your ticket from the order confirmation screen or from your email confirmation received after you order
- Please remember to keep your bar coded ticket in a safe place. Once an order is scanned it cannot be used again.
- Bring your pre printed bar coded ticket/s to the Advance Ticket booth in front of Hall D at the Orange County Convention Center, West Building, to be scanned and exchanged for your wristbands. Advance ticket booth dates and times are below:
Friday February 17, 2012 – 10AM – 7PM
Saturday February 18, 2012 – 8AM – 6PM
Sunday February 19, 2012 – 8AM- 4PM

- Please remember, tickets are NOT mailed. You will pick your wristbands up at the Advance Ticket booth in front of hall D. Please bring a photo ID and your pre printed bar-coded ticket/s.
- Once tickets are purchased they are non-changeable/non- refundable.
- IN ORDER TO PURCHASE TICKETS ONLINE, YOU MUST USE THE ADDRESS THAT YOUR STATEMENT IS MAILED TO. IT WILL NOT ACCEPT GIFT CARDS OR PRE PAID CREDIT CARDS.
- IF YOUR CARD IS DECLINED FOR AN ADDRESS MISMATCH, YOUR ACCOUNT WILL STILL BE PRE AUTHORIZED. THIS TAKES 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS TO DROP OFF. YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT YOUR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION TO VERIFY YOUR CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO PURCHASE THE TICKET AGAIN
Frequently asked questions about ticket orders:
1. What if I am ordering these tickets for someone else?
Please place the person’s name in the appropriate box on the ticket order form and either print the tickets and give them to the person attending or send the email confirmation to the person and let them print off their own ticket.
2. What will I need to pick up my ticket order?
You will need your pre-printed bar coded ticket order for each ticket that is ordered and a picture ID.
3. What if I misplace or lose my bar coded ticket?
Once a bar coded ticket is scanned in it cannot be used again. It is your responsibility to keep your ticket in a safe place. (Treat it like you would money)
