Attention True Believers. We are excited to offer the STAN LEE VIP EXPERIENCE at MegaCon 2012. These packages will be available on Saturday Feb. 18^th and Sunday Feb. 19^th only. You must specify the date you would like to purchase. * Convention admission ticket is required to participate, and is NOT included in this package.

A limited amount of Sunday VIP Packages may be available for purchase onsite at the Badge window in front of Hall D. Please check there for details.

We are experiencing server issues this evening. A confirmation email was sent out to every VIP Package holder. If you did not receive that email, I have pasted it below. I apologize if you did not receive it, or if you received multiple copies. I apologize for the confusion.

Dear Stan Lee VIP Experience Package holders,

You can pick your VIP Packages up at the badge window in front of Hall D with photo ID and bar-coded ticket. There were a select few that did not order their tickets online and may not have a barcode. If you are one of those individuals, please be sure to have your photo id.

**Please understand that it is your responsibility to safe guard your package contents. We WILL NOT be replacing lost or stolen merchandise. No exceptions will be made to this rule.

Stan Lee Schedules

Saturday February 18^th, 2012:

10:30am-12:30pm – Autograph Signing in Hall D1 (There will be a separate line for VIP’s. A Desert Wind representative will be there to direct you to the appropriate line)

1pm-2pm – **Photo OP in Hall D1 (You may start staging in the VIP line for Mr. Lee’s photo op early, as he has agreed to start shooting with the VIP’s at 12:45pm.)

2:20pm-3:10pm – Q&A Panel in room 224 (There will be a separate line for VIP’s. Please remember only one additional guest per VIP. No exceptions can be made, as there is only a certain amount of seating available.)

4:30 pm-TBD – Autograph Signing in Hall D1 (There will be a separate line for VIP’s. A Desert Wind representative will be there to direct you to the appropriate line)

Sunday February 19^th, 2012:

10:30am-11:30am – Autograph Signing in Hall D1 (There will be a separate line for VIP’s. A Desert Wind representative will be there to direct you to the appropriate line)

11:30am-12pm – Q&A Panel in room 224 (There will be a separate line for VIP’s. Please remember only one additional guest per VIP. No exceptions can be made, as there is only a certain amount of seating available.)

1pm-2pm – **Photo OP in Hall D1

2:30pm-TBD – Autograph Signing in Hall D1 *Mr. Lee is departing Orlando on this day. Please understand that he will not be signing until the end of the day. (There will be a separate line for VIP’s. A Desert Wind representative will be there to direct you to the appropriate line)

**The Photo OP’s for Mr. Lee will be taking place directly next to where he is autographing in Hall D1. Do not go to the Froggy’s Photos booth inside the exhibit hall. A runner will bring the photos to Mr. Lee’s photo booth as they are ready. Don’t forget to keep your bar-coded photo ticket out to keep the line moving smoothly.

This special limited $175 VIP Package includes the following:

(2) Autograph tickets (You provide the items to be autographed)* Only one person will be allowed to use these autograph tickets.

(1) Professional Photo OP with Stan of which you will receive an 8X10 copy

(1) Collectible VIP Badge

(1) Collectible item- TBA *We were able to obtain Spider-Man art cel's and will put the description up as soon as we receive them.

Preferred Panel seating

* There will be dedicated Autograph and Photo Op lines reserved solely for VIP Package holders. Schedules will be announced at a later date. Remember this package is limited so don’t wait and lose out on this opportunity to meet a true comic legend.

** This package is not designed for two people. Only one person will be allowed to approach the table for autographs, and the autograph tickets can ONLY be used by the VIP Package holder. There will be no personal photography allowed. You will only receive one copy of the professional photo. You are allowed to have one additional person in the photo with you, and you are permitted to bring one guest to the special seating for Mr. Lee’s panel. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE TO THESE GUIDELINES.
