*Children 10 and under are free with a paid adult. You cannot order these tickets; just bring the child to the ticket window to get your child’s wristband.
*If you have a bar coded ticket(s) go to the Advance Ticket Window
*If you couldn’t print your bar coded ticket(s) you still go to the Advance Ticket Window; we will put your order in manually. Be sure to have a photo ID.
*Tickets will be on sale at the Convention Center; $25 daily or $60 week-end pass
How do I confirm that I have purchased advance tickets?
If you ordered your tickets online and provided an email address, you will automatically be sent an email confirmation letter. If you ordered your tickets by phone or in the mail you will either be emailed a confirmation, if email was available, or a confirmation will be sent by mail. If you did not receive a confirmation letter please email us at email@example.com.
Can I purchase tickets for someone else?
Yes, you can purchase tickets and leave them under someone else’s name. It is very important to include this information to help keep the ticket lines running smoothly.
Where do I pick up my advance tickets?
You pick your tickets up at the advance ticket booth in front of hall D. They will not be sent by mail. Please be sure to bring a photo ID.

What do I need to get my advance tickets?
You will need a copy of your confirmation letter and a picture ID. You can only pick orders up under your name. You may not pick up someone else’s order for them.
What happens if I forget my confirmation letter?
You can still get your tickets it may just take a little longer. You must however have a picture ID. Without the ID you cannot pick up your tickets.
If I don’t buy my tickets in advance, what time do the regular ticket booths open?

How much does an autograph cost?
Autograph prices will vary but most will cost around $20-$25.
Do I need to bring something for the star to sign?
Most stars provide a picture with their autograph. You can also bring in special items or you can purchase something at the show for them to sign. Sometimes what you have a star sign may make the price of the autographs vary.
When will the guests be available and what days will they be there?
Most guests are scheduled to attend all three days of the show. We will post special signing or limited appearances on the website as early as possible. Please keep in mind they do take lunch and breaks. **This information is subject to change at any time. Please be sure to check website for updates or cancellations.
Will anyone be signing autographs for free?
All media guests will have a fee.
Do all the artists sketch for free?
Some of the artists do sketch for free, but many sell their sketches. It is best to ask the individual artist first.
If I just want to go to the costume contest or panel discussions and not into the showroom hall do I still need to purchase a MegaCon wristband?
Yes, before, during and after hours events that take place at the convention center require a MegaCon wristband for admittance.
Do I need a MegaCon wristband to attend afterhours events if I am a vendor or an attending artist with an exhibitor/pro badge?
Yes, anyone attending afterhours events is required to purchase a wristband. You will not be granted entrance without one. Your exhibitor/pro badge will only get you into events at the convention center during regular show room hours.
