Exhibitor Information
Dear MegaCon Exhibitors,
With attendance growing an average of 15% a year, MegaCon has quickly become one of the largest conventions of it’s' kind. Family owned and operated, we are committed to providing our exhibitors with outstanding customer service.
Every booth space is a 10' X 10' pipe and draped area. One eight foot table*, two chairs, a small company sign, and a small garbage can.*Corner booths are provided with two eight foot tables. Check the exhibitor application for badge allotment, which is based on the total number of booths purchased.
The center of the showroom floor is reserved for our Publisher exhibitors. In order to be placed in this section the company must publish and/or create the product they are promoting and/or selling.
The Dealer section of the floor is generally designed for exhibitors who sell products created by someone other then themselves. However, the dealer section can also be occupied by publishers.
The Independent Press area is an area designed for small publishers. In order to be placed in this section the company or person must publish and/or create the product they are promoting and/or selling. This section consists of eight foot tables placed horizontally side by side**. There is a small area behind the table for an easel or small display. Each space is provided with an eight foot table, two chairs, two exhibitor badges and a small company ID sign. **Please see the floor plan for a visual representation of Independent Press.
If you are an artist sitting in any of these sections and would like to be listed as an attending artist online and in our Pre Registration and Onsite Booklet, please fill out the artist alley registration form found under Artist Alley Information, and return with your application.
